1. QUIET ROOM
Because of the many programs held in the library, use of the Meeting Room as a Quiet Room is limited.
Individuals wishing to use the Quiet Room shall sign in and out. The number of people permitted in the Quiet Room shall not exceed four (4) at any one time and then only if the situation warrants it (i.e. the main room and children’s room are crowded and noisy)
2. BOARD ROOM
The Library Board of Trustees uses this room for its monthly meetings. All meetings are open to the public in accordance with New Jersey’s Sunshine Law.
3. PROGRAMS

This room is available for programs of a non-commercial, civic, cultural or educational nature.
- No admission fee may be charged by organizations using the room.
- Programs may be held only when the library is open.
- Group size is limited to Fire Department standards.
- 15 persons when seated
- Smoking is not allowed
- Appropriate non-alcoholic light refreshments may be served only if area is cleaned of all food and beverages at the end of the meeting.

Meeting Room requests must be approved by the Library Board and reviewed periodically. If materials for the meeting must be left in the meeting room before or after a scheduled meeting, it will be necessary to have a release form signed.
No political groups are permitted to use the meeting room.
